If you are a Southern Cross member, chiropractic care may be included in your Southern Cross plan. We highly recommend you contact Southern Cross and confirm if chiropractic care is included in your plan.

Below are the two plan / module that chiropractic care is included.

Plan: UltraCare Base day-to-day treatment

Chiropractor – $60 per visit up to $300 per claims year
Module: Body Care module

If you have added a Body Care module to your Wellbeing One and Wellbeing Two plan then under this add-on module: $500 per claims year (in total) for the following healthcare services: Acupuncturist, Chiropractor or Osteopath, Homeopath or Naturopath, Registered massage therapist.

How to claim your chiropractic fees with Southern Cross?

Once you confirmed that you are covered with Southern Cross, on arrival for your chiropractic appointment, advise the chiropractor you’ll be using Southern Cross insurance.

The process after the appointment is:

- Payment in the practice will follow as usual with Eftpos, Cash or Bank Transfer

- Once the payment has been completed, ChiroMotion will email you an invoice for your appointment (invoices will be emailed at the end of the day or invoices for the entire care plan can be invoiced once the care plan has been completed).

- Members can login into their My Southern Cross account and make a claim by simply following the instructions and attaching the invoices.
